Free delivery to Colissimo collection points. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days (except during sales periods, when delivery times may be extended to 2 to 7 days).

For orders outside France, once the parcel has reached its destination, it is the recipient's responsibility to pay any taxes or customs duties that may apply in the destination country. Local authorities can provide useful information.
Exchanges & Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to inform us of your wish to return your items.
To return an item, the customer must follow the procedure below
The Customer can choose between the 2 options below:
- Request a full refund of the order, it being specified that a lump sum calculated at the time of the request will be deducted from the value of the refund to cover the cost of returns to be borne by the Customer.
- Item exchange (free service) available for France only.
How to proceed?
- Go to your account area, then click on the order concerned. Select the "Return Request" button or go directly to .
- Select the country where your order will be shipped: France or International.
- Enter your order number and the email address used for your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose your return method: Exchange (France only) or return, as well as the reason for your return.
- In the case of an exchange, choose the new item of your choice (you will receive the item once your return package has been received in our warehouse).
- In the case of a refund, validate your refund request.
- An email confirming your return request will be sent to you with the shipping label to download.
- Carefully prepare your return parcel, stick the transport label received by email on the parcel and drop it off at your nearest relay. (Chronopost relay for France)
The refund does not include the initial shipping costs.
Use of the transport label is mandatory.
*The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the value of the refunded items, depending on the country of destination:
